Garlic Vegetable Soup

  1. 2 tsp finally chopped garlic.
  2. 1 cup chopped and boiled mixed vegetables.
  3. 1tsp oil
  4. 1/4 cup finally chopped onions
  5. salt to taste
  6. 2tbsp quick cooking rolled oats
  7. 2tbsp chopped coriander



1.To make garlic vegetable soup, heat the oil in the deep non-stick pan, add the garlic and onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

  1. Add the mixed vegetables, 3 cups of water, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the oats and coriander, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 minute.
